Why Rush Alpha Phi Omega - Theta Chi?
The APO Pledge Program, which will last six to eight weeks, is meant to aid each Pledge in discovering and developing leadership abilities; making and securing lasting friendships; planning and providing useful services for others; and being educated on our past and present nationally and locally. During the Pledge period you will have the opportunity to demonstrate that you have the desire and dedication to be an active Brother of the Fraternity.
Once you complete your Rush requirements, you will be invited by the Fraternity to attend Interview Night. After Interview Night you may be asked to pledge the Fraternity, which will start your pledge process.
Requirements
All pledges are required to obtain a minimum of 15 service hours during the pledging period, attend 5 fellowship events, and attend all designated functions including pledge meetings and ceremonies. Along with this, pledges have to complete a grade of 80% or better on quizzes given during the pledge period and interview brothers to get to know them better. All of this is done to help you get acquainted with being in Alpha Phi Omega. Don't worry it's fun too, you'll get to become close to the APO bros and your pledge class along the way!
